Beginner Flow Vinyasa

Learn new beginner poses with slow flow vinyasa, learning to use breath with movement. Moving in and out of yoga poses with your breath. Learn Sun Salutations, Warrior Poses, basic stretches, core strengthening, and balance while gaining all the benefits yoga has to offer. Do not worry, this is for beginners. This class will go slow, with lots of instructions, repetition, and taught with ease and care for you to modify as needed
