Mid Week Energy Flow

Needs some energy to get through the rest of the week- FLow Vinyasa Class for beginners- Breath with movement through beginner poses in slow paced. Practice through Sun Salutations, core strengthening, stretching, and balance to energize through your week. This class will help you get stronger, improve posture, help strengthen your arms and legs, and end with warm rice bags, blankets, to reset nervous system to relax- and help you get a good night sleep.
