I love yoga, it has helped me battle low back pain for 8 years. I am a Physical Therapist; my career has spanned 26 years working with every body part and injury and dysfunction. I found my love for yoga after suffering with a herniated disc in my back in 2015 and then having surgery in 2021. During Covid, I received my 200 RYT Yoga teaching training. I have enjoyed teaching Vinyasa Flow, Restorative and Yin classes over the last few years. I have learned the body is an amazing machine created to work in complete harmony, and yoga helps to restore balance to the mind, body and soul. I want my classes to be focused on stress relief, pain relief, in a quiet and relaxing environment. Yoga brings me calmness, improved flexibility as my joints gets older, and helps to keep my pain manageable. I want to teach yoga to help others find ways to battle pain, stress, loss of balance, strength, and flexibility that naturally happens as we age. I will focus on beginners.
